First 2024 Full-time Coach Workshop
KPC held the first '2024 Full-time Coach Workshop' at the Icheon Training Center on April 2nd. Approximately 20 coaches of different disciplines were present alongside representatives from the organizing department, the Training Support Division. The workshop encompassed key business announcements for the year, elicited opinions, provided guidance on sports science support for rookie athletes, and covered topics of sports safety and human rights education. The coaches are entrusted with the task of identifying and nurturing rookie athletes for future national athletes across various disciplines. Currently, they are actively conducting training nationwide across 14 disciplines.
