National Team Athletes Attend Medical Sessions
On April 11th, KPC hosted a medical session on 'Bad Habits and Shoulder Stretching' at the Icheon Training Center. Professor Han Seung Hoon (Physical medicine and rehabilitation department, Hanyang University Medical Center-Guri Hospital) gave speech to over 170 athletes from 10 national team sports. The session focused on the importance of shoulder stretching and maintaining correct posture.
